From the FLCCC Alliance:
Oct 1, 2021 – The Front Line Covid Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) has updated their I-Mask+ protocol for defeating the Delta variant.
Questions regarding the multiple additions to the I-MASK+ protocol for the Delta variant can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions page http://www.flccc.net/new-i-mask-faqs. Here you will find answers to the the critical role of anti-androgen therapy, the safety and need for higher dosing of ivermectin, and guidance on the number of components of the protocol that should be used in the treatment of an individual patient.
Efficacy of Ivermectin
Ivermectin is a medication uniquely suited to treat COVID-19 given its now well-described, potent anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. The efficacy of ivermectin is supported by results from 64 controlled trials, 32 of them randomized, and 16 of those were double-blinded, the gold standard of research design.
A summary (meta-analysis) of these trials find statistically significant reductions in transmission, time to recovery, hospitalization, and death. The most up-to-date summary of the totality of the supportive evidence for ivermectin in COVID-19 can be found here: www.flccc.net/flccc-summary-of-the-evidence-of-ivermectin-in-covid-19
Finally, in a historic achievement of public health, as of September 16, 2021, the North Indian state of Uttar Pradesh has effectively eradicated COVID from its population of 241 million people
after widely distributing ivermectin in their treatment and prevention protocols for COVID-19. Please see also https:/flccc.net/ivermectin-in-covid-19/epidemiologic-analyses-on-covid19-and-ivermectin/ The Latest Results of Ivermectin’s Success in Treating Outbreaks of COVID-19.

Ivermectin Defeats Delta Variant in India
News of India’s defeat of the Delta variant should be common knowledge. It is just about as obvious as the nose on one’s face. It is so clear when one looks at the graphs that no one can deny it.
Yet, for some reason, we are not allowed to talk about it. Thus, for example, Wikipedia cannot mention the peer-reviewed meta-analyses by Dr. Tess Lawrie or Dr. Pierre Kory published in the American Journal of Therapeutics.
Wikipedia is not allowed to publish the recent meta-analysis on Ivermectin authored by Dr. Andrew Hill.
Furthermore, it is not allowed to say anything concerning www.ivmmeta.com showing the 61 studies comprising 23,000 patients which reveal up to a 96% reduction in death [prophylaxis] with Ivermectin.
The Ivermectin I-Mask-+ Protocol
Based on the existing and cumulative body of evidence, many have found success with the use of ivermectin in both prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19. In the presence of a global COVID-19 surge, the widespread use of this safe, inexpensive, and effective intervention could lead to a drastic reduction in transmission rates as well as the morbidity and mortality in mild, moderate, and even severe disease phases.
Table 5. I-MASK+ Prophylaxis & Early Outpatient Treatment Protocol for COVID-19
MEDICATION RECOMMENDED DOSING
- lvermectin Prophylaxis for high risk individuals: 0.2 mg/kg* dose on day 1 and day 3, then one dose/month
- lvermectin Post COVID-19 exposure prophylaxis**: 0.2 mg/kg dose on day 1 and day 3
- Vitamin D3 1,000–3,000 IU/day
- Vitamin C 1,000 mg twice daily
- Quercetin 250 mg/day
- Melatonin 6 mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness)
- Zinc 50 mg/day of elemental zinc
EARLY OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROTOCOL***
MEDICATION RECOMMENDED DOSING
- lvermectin 0.2 mg/kg x 1 dose on day 1 and day 3
- Vitamin D3 4,000 IU/day
- Vitamin C 2,000 mg 2–3 times daily and Quercetin 250 mg twice a day
- Melatonin 10 mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness)
- Zinc 100 mg/day elemental zinc
- Aspirin 325 mg/day (unless contraindicated)
* Example for a person of 50 kg body weight: 50 kg × 0.15 mg = 7.5 mg (1 kg = 2.2 lbs)= 2.5 tablets (3mg/tablet). See table 6 for
weight-based dose calculations
** To use if a household member is COVID-19 positive, or if you have had prolonged exposure to a COVID-19+ patient without
wearing a mask
*** For late phase – hospitalized patients – see the FLCCC’s “MATH+” protocol on http://www.flccc.net
